PM Bhattarai, Dahal talk Maoist's internal rift


KATHMANDU, OCT 10 -
Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai and UCPN-Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal held talks at Dahal’s residence in Naya Bazaar on Monday morning.
The prime minister reached Naya Bazaar to discuss the deepening dispute inside the party and the latest political developments.
The duo discussed the incumbent government’s position and the Maoist's strategy during the talks on peace and constitution with NC President Sushil Koirala. Leaders of the Maoists and Congress are expected to hold talks on peace and constitution after Koirala returns to the Capital.
They also discussed how to manage the mounting disputes between the party establishment and the dissident faction led by Senior Vice Chairman Mohan Baidya.
Dahal and Bhattarai also exchanged words on how to manage national cadres training programme called by the party establishment for October 16, a source close to PM said. RSS
